I found the staff friendly and cute. The room was clean and functional for my needs (it was a simple but good space). The free parking was a huge benefit because it saved me considerable expense. I used the late evening bar and I found it cute.
The bathroom was quite compact, which might be a little difficult for some guests.

The location is a short walk to shopping and dining. Finding the location was reasonably easy, even though it was my first visit to the area. It is conveniently located near the city center and the Albert Dock area.

The staff was very helpful and available at all times. Check-in was easy and efficient. They helped me with charging my car and let me keep it parked even after I checked out (very grateful for that!).

The hotel provides free car parking. It is a short walk to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful . The cooked breakfasts were excellent, and the bar service was good.
The bathroom was small. The beds could be more comfortable, as the pillows were too hard. I asked for more pillows, and they were delivered to the room quickly, though

The room size was smaller than I expected. A lack of wardrobe space presented a challenge. The bathroom felt cramped. Even for me, it was difficult to close the door while using the toilet. There was also not enough space for my toiletries.

I was a bit disappointed with the room. it was quite small , and there was barely any space to put my things. the bathroom was also tiny . I felt cramped every time i used the shower. the water pressure was low , unless i used cold water , so washing my hair became a real hassle.
